Rules of Stay

No pets allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Guests are required to use ashtrays when smoking outdoors and in no instance throw cigarettes in the garden, as this could lead to fire.
It is not allowed to change the setting or decoration of items, including furniture placement (indoors/outdoors).
Towels and linen are not allowed to be used elsewhere except the villa
No glassware is permitted in the pool area.

The Guest(s) is/(are) liable for any damage or for the removal /destruction of items on and around the villa. The owner of the villa cannot be held responsible for any accident or injuries occurred to any or all guests during their stay at the property under any circumstances.
In case of a damage, defect or problem in the villa, guests must immediately inform the villa owner so that any remedial action necessary may be taken. Where there is guests/tenants fault or negligence involved, the Owner reserves the right to charge the guests' credit card with the amount of loss or damage occurred, whilst where it is a matter of manufacturing/ construction defect and /or fair wear and tear, the Owner will cover the cost.
The owner will charge the amount of 300€ as a security deposit. The deposit shall be returned upon guests' departure, once any funds due on account of damages/ losses, and /or others sums due by the guest, have been assessed and deducted.
